Group Work

Learn to work with iboga in a 6 week microdosing protocol within a group. We offer four groups a year.

Community Support: The group environment provides a sense of community, shared experience, connection, and belonging. While having an individual experience, the group connection creates expanded emotional support.

Shared Insights: Group experiences can also address collective or intergenerational trauma, allowing the exploration of shared themes and patterns within the group. It provides the opportunity for shared insights and reflections with others which can amplify insights, deepen understanding and facilitate personal growth.

Integration: The process of sense-making in group discussions also help with integration and lead to sustained positive changes and outlook. Group experience also provides a container for safety and support with many other points of connection.

Spiritual Growth: The group environment also returns us to the importance of spiritual exploration in shared rituals, ceremony, sacredness and transcendence that helps to facilitate spiritual growth.
